BF has extensive knowledge and experience in almost
all aspects of forestland management. It is this
experience that allows BF to prepare an effective and
useful forest resource management plan for any one
or multiple tracts of land. The broad education
and experience of the BF Team provides our clientele
a more in-depth overview of the resources present and
recommendations concerning these resources.
The data describes forest product volumes, values,
types of trees, soil conditions, and a overview of
the general forest conditions. Detailed mapping
describes where the various forest types, roads, creeks
and other land features are located. Also included
are the average growth rates of the forest, and other
forest documentation that will be of invaluable assistance
in planning management activities and forecasting costs
and incomes, both now and in the future.
All of this data is presented in a manner to reflect
the clients’ goals for the property, whether it be
to maximize timber production, recreational use or
conservation development.
Beyond preparing the resource management plan, our
in-house resources allow us to provide the services
needed to implement the individual resource recommendations.
