Terry
Anderson, President
Terry is President and Co-Owner of Advanced Ecology,
Ltd. He initially created the firm in 1994. Since
that time, he has developed a business that merges
traditional natural resource management with environmental
management. Terry has over fourteen years of experience
in these fields. At this time, Terry devotes a
majority of his time on conservation investment
and ecological credit development projects.
Prior to developing Advanced Ecology, Ltd. Terry
spent two years as a natural resource consultant
for Bird Forestry Services. From 1992 to 1994,
Terry developed natural resource management plans
and established sustained timber harvest strategies
for private landowners. At that time, the firm
managed approximately 75,000 acres of forestlands
in the southeastern United States.

In 1991, Terry worked for Silva-Tech South, a reforestation
and vegetation management firm associated with
Bird Forestry Services. Terry established and managed
herbicide applications for industrial and non-industrial
clients. Other activities included tree-planting,
prescribed burning and mechanical site preparation.
Terry received his B. S. in Forestry with an emphasis
in Wildlife Management from Stephen F. Austin State
University. Postgraduate training has included
numerous courses of the Wetlands Training Institute
and well as many other wildlife and natural resource
related seminars.
Terry and his wife Kelly live outside of Nacogdoches,
Texas in the community of Martinsville with their
two children Katelyn and Wyatt. |
