The AEL staff has extensive experience regarding wildlife and fisheries management; working with a variety of clients including private landowners, hunting clubs, industrial landowners and commercial hunting operations.

AEL also provides turn-key management on commercial hunting operations and private ranches, the largest of which currently is the BigWoods on the Trinity Hunting Resort. Activities include on-site management, staff oversight as well as advertising and booking.

A specialty of the firm is developing conservation finance investments that incorporate recreation and forest management with other ecological service opportunities. Such recreational programs are often incorporated into wetland mitigation banking projects.

AEL can provide assistance with leasing and hunting club management. The firm typically provides lease management and oversight on thirty to fifty properties annually. AEL can develop wildlife habitat management plans based on your management objectives and target wildlife species.

AEL can provide wildlife ecology and natural resource training that is individually tailored to meet corporate training needs. Past seminars and training courses include Threatened-Endangered species Management, Wetlands Ecology, Waterfowl Enhancement and Forest Management.
